New Classes - Winter 2014

A new Basic Piano Program for beginners, ages 7+, will meet Wednesdays, 3:45-4:45 starting in January.

 $15 registration and $111/month.  All necessary music and subscription to on-line computer games are  included in the tuition.

My goal is to create happy and literate musicians for life.  I have a history of succeeding with more students who study for years.

Eight(y)-Eight!

Yes, this November 10th there were eight graduates from the Basic Piano Course who entertained their families with an overview of the course.   Nearly three years of work culminated in a suberb performance and delicious celebration with the studio's homemade cookies (including a pumpkin and pecan delight) and Ms. Q's famous cheesecake.  Most gratifying were the many comments from parents, "Such beautiful playing; the accompanying commentary by the kids and the demonstration of the progress made throughout were so cool!"

Congratulations Norah N., Graciella and Nathaniel B., Teddy S., Henry M., M. Chin, Meilin B., and Jennifer K.  You worked so hard to make this day a success!  Now you embark on the intermediate course and the wonderful classical as well as popular music it includes.  The fun awaits!
