On March 24th friends and parents enjoyed a bouquet of piano music as students played "flowers" from all styles and eras. About half the pieces were from the classical repertoire, and the other half were from Broadway, film, and popular music. Each child appeared at least twice on the program, (giving admirers more than one chance to video and applaud enthusiastically.)
As with every recital, for each donation to the Alameda Food Bank the students got a chance to win a homemade pie by Pie Queen Ms. Queener.
The final recital of the school year will be on June 2nd, from 2-3 pm.
